About us
EduRank is an independent university ranking aggregator. It combines four leading ranking systems — QS World University Rankings, Times Higher Education (THE), ARWU (ShanghaiRanking) and U.S. News Best Global Universities — into one composite score for 1,449 universities across 79 countries and territories, and keeps the disagreement between them in plain view.
EduRank is not a recruitment agency. We do not accept referral fees from universities or make admission guarantees. All content is fact-based and independently produced.
Our editorial stance
- Independence: no article involves a paid partnership with an institution, and we do not endorse any “pay-to-rank” list.
- Timeliness: study-abroad rules change every academic year — visa funds requirements, post-study work visa length, tuition caps, language exemptions. Every article carries its last-updated date, and major policy changes are followed up within 48 hours.
- Verifiable: paragraphs that quote figures (tuition, visa fees, insurance, scholarship amounts) draw on the public pages of official immigration departments, education ministries and university admissions offices. Sources are listed at the end of each article.

What we don’t do
- No agency business — articles contain no hidden promotion, and we don’t charge readers or steer them to agents.

- No invented rankings or admission rates — every ranking, admission rate or tuition figure we cite has a clear source and edition year.

- Governments and statutory bodies: UKVI, USCIS, Australia’s Department of Home Affairs, IRCC (Canada), Immigration New Zealand, Japan’s Immigration Services Agency, Korea’s Ministry of Justice, the Hong Kong Immigration Department and others.
- Official application platforms: UCAS, Common App, the UC Application, UAC, VTAC, OUAC and similar.
- Tuition data: official annual datasets such as HESA, IPEDS, Universities Australia and Statistics Canada.
- Visa fees: the latest fee schedule on each immigration authority’s website.
- Cross-checks: the QS, THE and U.S. News rankings, university international offices, and student associations in the destination country.
Technology and privacy
- Stack: Astro, served from Cloudflare’s global network.
- No ads, no tracking: we don’t use Google Analytics and don’t load third-party pop-up ads.
- AI-friendly: we publish
